Bangladeshi Students to Get Research Opportunity in NASA

Bangladeshi Students to Get Research Opportunity in NASAA meeting of ‘NASA Space Apps Bangladesh’ was held at the US Space Research Organization (NASA) headquarters in Washington.

Research opportunity for Bangladeshi students in NASA has been discussed in the meeting.

Convener of NASA Space Apps Challenge Bangladesh Ariful Hasan Apu, International Adviser Mahadi Zaman and Head of Software Engineering Department of Daffodil International University Towhid Bhuiyan took part in the meeting on behalf of Bangladesh.

Meanwhile, NASA’s chief scientist Ellen Stofan, CTO Deborah Diaz, Open Invention Program Manager Beth Beck and Senior International Relations Specialist of NASA Neil Neumen was also present at the time.

How the students from Bangladesh can do professional works together with NASA was discussed in detail at the meeting. In addition, all the technical matter of Project Accelerator Program that will start from next August was discussed at the meeting.

The Chief Scientist of NASA Ellen Stofan praised the work of Bangladeshi students and ensures to continue overall support.
