Bangladesh Chhatra League announced a full committee for its Dhaka University unit on Thursday, two months before the current one expires.
Altogether, 251 people have been included in the new committee. Among them, 51 are vice-presidents, 11 joint general secretaries, 11 organising secretaries, 30 secretaries, 96 deputy secretaries, 34 assistant secretaries and 16 members.
The announcement was made in a media statement signed by Chhatra League's president Rezwanul Haque Chowdhury Shovon, general secretary Golam Rabbani, DU unit chief Sonjit Chandra Das and its general secretary Saddam Hussain.
The current partial committee, headed by Sanjit and Saddam, was formed on July 31 last year.
According to the organisation's charter, the term of the university unit committee is one year.
