The undergraduate admission under five units in 2018-19 academic sessions at Dhaka University (DU) will begin on Friday.

The entry test of Business Studies Faculty disciplines under “Ga (C)-Unit” will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on September 14 at 54 exam centers inside and outside the DU campus.

The exam centers outside the main campus are Institute of Leather Engineering and Technology and Engineering University School and College.

A total of 26,960 students applied against 1,250 seats of Ga (C) unit, said a DU press release. The admission test of “Cha-Unit” (General Knowledge part) for admission into different disinclines under Faculty of Fine Art will be
held at 10:00 am to 11:00 am on September 15 (Saturday) while the test of its Drawing part will be held on September 22.

No electronic devices, including calculator, mobile phone, and electronic watch will be allowed into the exam halls, the release added.

The test of “Kha (B) -Unit” for admission into different disinclines under Arts and Social Sciences faculties will be held on September 21, “Ka (A) – Unit” admission test for science group students will be held on September 28
and “Gha (D) -Unit” (combined unit) tests for science, business studies and humanities groups’ students on October 12.

The admission seekers are asked to visit the university website (http://admission.eis.du.ac.bd) for seat plan and other detailed information.

A total of 2,72,512 admission seekers have applied for undergraduate admission against 7,128 seats under five units in 2018-19 academic session at Dhaka University (DU).
