The Islamic University in Kushtia would go into a 14 day long winter vacation from Saturday, IU registrar office officials said on Thursday.
IU acting registrar SM Abdul Latif told New Age that the academic and administrative activities of the university would remain closed from Saturday to January 9 while both the academic and administrative activities would resume from January 12.
The residential dormitories of the university would remain closed from December 27 to January 11, he added.
