Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr. Arefin Siddique said six points were the charter of the Bangalee’s freedom. The young generations have to know about the struggling life of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Professor Siddique said Bangabandhu united the people through declaring six points at that crucial moment.
Nazmul Karim memorial lecture on ‘Six points movement and contemporary politics’ held at R C Majumdar Arts auditorium on Dhaka University (DU) campus here today. DU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique was in the chair. DU Nazmul Karim Study Center organized the function while additional Professor of DU Bangla department Abul Kashem Fazlul Haque delivered memorial lecture on the topic, said a DU press release.
