SSC exams under Rajshahi Board begins peacefully

Rajshahi Shikkha BoardThe first day’s examination of Bangla first paper of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) under Rajshahi Education Board and other equivalent examinations was held peacefully everywhere in eight districts under Rajshahi division today.

According to the board control room sources, there was no report of expulsion of any student or teacher.

A total of 1,52,566 students including 72,800 girls, are taking part in 227 centres of the SSC examinations from 2,616 schools under the education board this year.

In addition to the appointed magistrates from the respective district and upazila administrations, 120 vigilance teams and six other striking teams performed their duties for holding the examination in a peaceful and copying-free atmosphere.

Acting Chairman of the board Prof Abul Kalam Azad visited some of the examination centres in Rajshahi city.
