Three school students of Sadar upazila went ‘missing’ separately from three areas of Kulaura on Monday(11/7/16).

The students are Popy Chanda, 13, from Kulaura, Aysha Akter Riya, 13, from the same area and Rana Dhali, 13, from Ahmedabad area.

Popy and Riya are students of sixth standard at Rabeya Adarsha Bidyalay while Rana is a sixth grader at Nabin Chandra High School.

The parents of the missing children filed separate general diaries (GDs) with Kulaura police station, but the kids remained untraced till Tuesday evening.

According to the parents of Popy and Aysha, both the girls went out of their home to sit for their exams in the school.

However, the school authorities said Popy and Aysha did not come to school on Monday, neither sat for their exams.

Rana’s parents said their son went out of the house to play with his friends on Tuesday evening, but did not return home.

The head teacher of Rabeya Adarsha Bidyalay Abdus Salam said no classmate of Popy and Aysha could tell anything about them.
