A bench of Justice JBM Hassan and Justice Md Khairul Alam issued the directive after disposing a public interest litigation writ petition filed by Supreme Court lawyer Md Ruhul Quddus Kajol.

Ruhul Quddus Kazal appeared for Rajib’s brothers and BRTC was presented by Munirujjaman. The court also directed the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority and other authorities concerned to conduct dope tests on drivers and check their eye vision.
