Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s son Sajeeb Wazed Joy criticized photographer Dr Shahidul Alam for action regarding students’ protest for safe roads.

He made the statement at a status posted on his Facebook page on Friday (August 10)

In the post, he said: “The students got excited and launched attacks on police and the party office of Awami League following a fake post and an unfounded allegation of Shahidul Alam made on Facebook.”

He also mentioned about Arafatul Islam Bappi who lost his eyes during protest.

He said at the end of his post, “Is Bappi not eligible to get justice?”
