সুন্দর কথায় পেট ভরে না।বেসরকারি শিক্ষাদের সুযোগ বৃদ্ধি করলে শিক্ষার মান এমনিতেই বেড়ে যাবে।

Right you are, sir. It needs innovation and enjoyment in the learning and teaching process. So the brightest need to join in teaching profession. But what actually happens in Bangladesh. Total education system discourages the bright one to join in the teaching profession. Realize honestly why it happens. With respect I like to say there are some people at the top level who never want to evaluate the right of teacher in term of salary, facilities, financial benefit and respect. Here teachers are tortured, harassed, abused and repressed in many forms. You know well who they are. A neglected teacher hardly see him at the height. Respectable court issues a verdict related to termination of a teacher within 6 months but no circular on the court verdict has issued yet from directorate or ministry. Sir please do something for teachers.

শুনতে খুবই ভালো লাগে এ সব মধুর বুলি যা সত্যিই কাব্যিক । কিন্তু বাস্তবতা বড়ই করুণ।শিক্ষকতা যদি এতই মধুর হতো তবে শ্রণি কক্ষে পাঠদান রেখে শিক্ষা প্রশাসক হওয়ার জন্য উদগ্রীব হয়ে শিক্ষা প্রশাসনের চেয়ারে বসার দ্বারে দ্বারে ধরনা দিতো না অনেকে।ক্ষমতায় অধিষ্ঠিত হলে অনেক নীতি কথা আসে বাস্তবতা বড়ই নিষ্ঠুর। আর বেসরকারি শিক্ষকদের বেলায় এটা নির্মম পরিহাস ছাড়া আর কিছুই নয়।
