Junior School Certificate (JSC) should not be hold as a public examination; a Supreme Court lawyer filed a petition with the High Court seeking its directive on the government on Wednesday.
Eunus Ali Akond submitted the petition also praying to the HC to issue a rule upon the government to explain as to why its decision in 2009 to hold JSC examination as a public examination should not be declared illegal.
