Freshers’ Reception Held in Kisholoy College

 A colourful Freshers’ Reception was held in the college auditorium of Kisholoy Balika Biddaloy O College, Mohammadpur, Dhaka with great fervor and enthusiasm yesterday. It was arranged under the leadership of the students who did their best to make the function a great success.

 Principal of the Institution Md. Rahamot Ullah presided over the ceremony. Chairman of the Institution’s Governing Body Alhaj Md. Salim Ullah Solu was present at the ceremony as chief guest while the special guests were in their respective chairs, according to a press relase. 

The function got festive and lively by the presence of the dignified teachers of this institution. Md. Mizanur Rahman, one of the respected teachers of Islam and Moral Education, recited from the Holy Quran. After that, the honourable chief guest inaugurated the function at 12:30 pm.Then Biman Kumar Chakrabortty, Teachers’ representative of the college section, encouraged the learners to go ahead for the development of the nation. Alhaj Md. Alamgir Hossain, special guest and one of the members of the Governing Body, delivered his valuable speech emphasizing on education and the duties and responsibilities of the learners. 

On behalf of the new students, one of them expressed their feelings of gratitude. After that the cultural group of the college performed their songs, dances, jokes etc. About 400 students enjoyed the function spontaneously.


 
At the end of the function, the Principal of the Institution thanked the chief guest, the special guests, the teachers and the students of the college for their cooperation in making the function a success. The function came to a close at 2.30 pm.
