NSU hosts 4th undergraduate law symposium

The Department of Law at North South University (NSU) recently organized the 4th undergraduate law symposium. The shortlisted papers were presented by participants from different public and private universities around Bangladesh in the Moot Court Room of North South University.

Distinguished judges presided over the symposium, including Prof. Dr. Nahid Ferdousi, Professor of Law at Bangladesh Open University; Lokman Hussain, Assistant Professor in the Department of Laws and Human Rights at the University of Asia Pacific; and Moniruz Zaman, Assistant Professor at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).

The event's inauguration was graced by Barrister Arafat Hosen Khan, Chairman and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law at North South University, and the chief guest, Prof. Dr. Abdur Rob Khan, Dean of the School of Humanities & Social Sciences at NSU, delivered inspiring words of wisdom on research.

The closing remarks were delivered by Md. Rizwanul Islam, Professor of Department of Law at NSU. 

The Department of Law of North South University organizes symposiums on a regular basis to present young legal minds with an opportunity to discuss and refine their research skills.
