Three students of Dhaka University, Department of Geography and Environment got awarded “AQM Mohiuddin Memorial Trust Fund Scholarship” for their outstanding academic results in BSc Honours examination in 2014.
The awardees are Al-Artat-Bin-Ali, M Ishfaq-Ur-Rahman and Syeda Shahida Moknum, said a press release.
Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique distributed scholarship among the students at a lounge besides VC office in the university.
Treasure of the University Prof Dr M Kamal Uddin presided over the scholarship handing over ceremony while Chairman of the Geography and Environment Department Prof Md Abdur Rob, Trustee of the Fund Prof Nazneen Afrose Haque and some faculty members were present.
