The first-year honours admission test of “Ga” unit under the Business Studies faculty for the 2018-19 academic session of Dhaka University was held on Friday.

The one-hour test was held from 10 am to 11 am at 54 centres inside and outside of the campus.

DU Vice chancellor Professor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, Prof. Dr. Md. Kamal Uddin, Treasurer of the university, Professor Shibli Rubayat-Ul Islam, Dean of the faculty of Business Studies and also coordinator of C Unit Admission Test, and senior teachers and officers of the university visited the examination halls. 

“This year the university administration was very much alert to prevent any kinds of fraudulence and irregularities. As a result, we didn’t get any information about fraudulence in the admission test,” said DU proctor Prof AKM Golam Rabbani.

A total of 26,960 candidates appeared in the admission test against 1,250 seats under the unit. 

The admission test (general knowledge) of Fine Arts Faculty under "Cha-Unit" will be held on September 15 (Saturday).
