Bangla department of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia held a survey related meeting with its alumni on Friday evening. The Self-Assessment Committee (SAC) of the department organised the meeting at Karamai Chinese restaurant here.

Professor Dr Mohammad Saidur Rahman, SAC head of Bangla department, presided over the meeting while professor M Yeasin Ali, Assistant Professor Rawshon Ara and alumni of the department were present in the meeting. Dr M Rashiduzzaman, associate professor of the department, conducted it.

Meanwhile, the written answer and opinion on various questions were taken from the alumni of the department including curriculum design, teaching-learning, assessment, student entry system, institutional structures and facilities, student services, research related questions to ensure the development of self-assessment and standard education of the
