The first convocation of Jagannath University will be held in October this year – about 14 years after its founding.
The convocation will take place at the university’s central field ‘Dhupkhola’, Jagannath University announced in a media statement on Tuesday.
The date will be finalised after getting the president’s consent. Graduates from the university’s first batch to students of 2012-13 session will be able to participate in the convocation. Registration will start from February.
